You are responsible for confirming that your contact details, billing information, shipping address, tax information, equipment details, and product requirements are correct.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, programming errors, or incorrect deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, compatibility information, availability, and prices are accurate.
However:
- Product colors, labels, packaging, connectors, software interfaces, or minor design details may vary between production batches.

4. Compatibility and Customer Verification
Compatibility depends on the specific machine, engine, ECU hardware, software version, serial number, part number, connector type, and operating system.
Before ordering, customers should provide all relevant information, which may include:
- Equipment brand and model
- Engine model
- Machine or vehicle serial number
- ECU or ECM part number

We are not responsible for incompatibility caused by incorrect, incomplete, altered, or misleading information provided by the customer.
5. Quotations and Orders
A website inquiry, request for quotation, pro forma invoice, shopping-cart submission, or purchase order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
An order becomes binding only after we:
- Confirm product availability and specifications;
- Confirm the price, shipping method, and payment terms; and
- Accept or receive the required payment.
Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation. If no validity period is stated, the quotation will normally remain valid for seven calendar days.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, suspected fraud, export restrictions, payment risks, product discontinuation, or other reasonable business considerations.
6. Pricing, Taxes and Import Charges
Unless otherwise stated:
- Prices are listed in the currency shown on the website or quotation.
- Shipping, insurance, taxes, customs duties, import fees, brokerage charges, and local handling fees are not included.
- The customer is responsible for import clearance and destination-country charges.
- Wholesale pricing may depend on quantity, configuration, delivery terms, and payment method.
Prices may change without notice. Confirmed and paid orders will not normally be affected by later price changes unless the order specifications are subsequently changed.
7. Payment
Available payment methods may include bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or other methods approved by us.
Orders may require full payment before programming, production, or shipment. For bulk or customized orders, a deposit and balance-payment arrangement may be specified in the quotation or pro forma invoice.
The customer is responsible for any bank fees, intermediary fees, currency-conversion charges, payment-processing fees, or chargeback costs, except where prohibited by applicable law.
We may suspend processing or shipment until cleared payment has been received.
8. Programming and Customized Services
Some ECU, ECM, laptop, software, and diagnostic products may be programmed, configured, activated, or prepared according to customer requirements.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate equipment and programming information.
Once programming, activation, customization, or special-order processing has started, the order may not be cancelled or returned for reasons unrelated to a defect or our error.
Programming services do not guarantee correction of unrelated mechanical, electrical, wiring, sensor, communication, or equipment faults.
Customers should back up original data whenever possible. We are not responsible for data loss caused by defective original hardware, interrupted communication, incorrect customer operation, unstable power supply, third-party software, or unsupported modifications.

Unless expressly authorized, customers must not:
- Copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish licensed software;
- Circumvent activation or security controls;
- Reverse engineer protected software or firmware;
- Use software on unauthorized devices;
- Use our products or services for unlawful access, emissions tampering, odometer manipulation, theft, or other illegal activity.
Third-party software remains the property of its respective owner. We do not grant ownership of third-party intellectual property.

The applicable warranty period, if any, will be stated on the product page, invoice, quotation, or warranty policy.
Warranty coverage generally applies to confirmed manufacturing or hardware defects under normal and proper use.

13. Technical Support
We may provide pre-sale and after-sale technical guidance through email, messaging applications, telephone, video call, or remote-access software.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, production, business opportunity, equipment use, data, or customer contracts.
Our total liability arising from a product, service, or order will not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other matters protected by applicable law.
16. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil disturbance, government action, customs restrictions, transportation disruption, labour disputes, power failures, internet failures, supplier shortages, or carrier delays.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and resume performance when reasonably possible.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising from the website, products, services, or transactions will be governed by the laws of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.
If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts located in Guangzhou China, unless another dispute-resolution method is agreed in writing or mandatory law requires otherwise.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, or legal obligations.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes will apply from the date of publication and will not retroactively alter confirmed orders unless required by law or agreed by both parties.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
